These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Class Act Studios’ website, programs, and services. By enrolling in classes or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Class Act Studios provides dance classes, workshops, events, and related services. Schedules, instructors, and class offerings may change at our discretion.

2. Enrollment & Payments

Tuition and fees must be paid according to published deadlines.
Late payments may result in suspension of class participation.
All fees (including tuition, costumes, competitions, and other charges) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and follow studio policies.
Respectful conduct is required toward teachers, staff, and peers.
Class Act Studios reserves the right to dismiss any student/family for repeated policy violations or disruptive behavior.

4. SMS/Text & Email Communications

By providing your phone number/email, you agree to receive transactional communications (class reminders, schedule changes, billing notices).
Promotional messages (special offers, enrollment updates) are only sent if you explicitly opt in via our online forms.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message/data rates apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

5. Liability Waiver

Participation in dance involves physical activity. By enrolling, you acknowledge and assume the risks of injury and release Class Act Studios, its staff, and affiliates from liability for personal injury, property loss, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and classes (including choreography) is the property of Class Act Studios and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated. You may stop participating at any time, but financial obligations remain for enrolled sessions.
